1.猕猴桃选择比较硬的,太软的纤维不多,也不是很好操作

2.然后用小刀小心的削掉果皮

3.切成半厘米左后的厚片平摊在油纸上

4.桃子也可以选择比较硬的,切掉果皮

5.桃子比较大,切成滚刀块或者条形都可以

6.用长帝的CRWF42NE设置热风烘烤,120度-140度,每半个小时翻一下,大概一个小时之后就差不多了,拿出来晾干,冷却之后120度再次烘烤半小时,到果干明显有了韧性就可以啦!
